Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a talented New Home Construction Superintendent to join our team. As a Superintendent, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the construction process from start to finish, ensuring that our new home projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities:

· Maintain accurate schedules daily through scheduling software

· Manage the construction process of new home projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets.

· Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient completion of construction activities.

· Conduct daily site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.

· Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards throughout the construction process.

· Collaborate with in house drafting, estimating, and purchasing staff to resolve design-related issues and implement necessary changes.

· Manage and track project budgets, expenses, and change orders.

· Complete all internal quality inspections and follow Logan Homes processes through various stages of the build process.

· Conduct final walkthroughs with homeowners to ensure customer satisfaction.

· Train, mentor, and supervise sub-contractors and vendors to maintain high-quality workmanship and safety standards.

· Previous experience as a Construction Superintendent in the residential construction industry.

· Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction best practices.

· Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

· Solid understanding of construction processes, techniques, and materials.

· Strong leadership and team management abilities.

· Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.

· Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including homeowners, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interaction with a variety of people inside and outside of organization.

· Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

· Valid Driver License Basic understanding of how to operate standard business equipment.
