Review, implement, maintain, and support application systems. Train and educate end users on the functionality and operations of application systems. Document processes and procedures as they relate to the relevant application system. Test applications prior to implementation and ensure all systems operate as intended. Troubleshoot and resolve system and application issues.
Qualifications
X Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field X Required
Additional experience equal to four (4) years beyond the experience requirement may be substituted in lieu of the education requirement.
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Four (4) years of application system implementation, support, and/or maintenance experience. Experience within the healthcare industry is preferred.
