Job Description

Logic20/20’s client base continues to diversify, spanning cutting-edge fields in varying industries including high tech, energy, healthcare, financial service, and telecommunications. As a Business Project Manager and Consultant on the Logic20/20 team, you’ll drive programs, solutions, and operational initiatives from concept to launch in a forward-thinking, collaborative environment. You’ll leverage strategic frameworks and methodologies to scope and plan key client initiatives, lead meetings, and cultivate stakeholder involvement. About the team

The Logic20/20 Strategy & Operations team brings together people, processes, and technology to build solutions that propel businesses towards a goal—whether that’s accelerated growth, a better customer experience, or happier employees. We work with a diverse team of consultants and project managers to make a difference in how companies strategize, streamline operations, reengineer processes, protect customer privacy, drive cultural change, and go to market. About you

  • You land strategic changes and solve complex business problems despite ambiguity and fluctuating requirements
  • You have completed projects–from initiation through delivery–that resulted in measurable, lasting change
  • You have consulted for mid-size to large organizations, utilizing disparate tools and methodologies to drive outcomes
  • You have a demonstrated history of recommending and implementing projects and process improvements for clients
  • You are excited by challenges–proactively consulting and engaging as a partner to your clients and stakeholders
  • You have a keen eye for continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • 2 years in a management role at an enterprise-level consulting firm
  • Experience as client point of contact, managing various project types such as business program management, business process, sales enablement, or readiness scope
  • Experience owning project lifecycle and control documentation, including schedules, status reports, risk and issues logs, budgets, and communication plans
  • Experience supporting marketing, reporting, and sales organizations
  • Knowledge of Adobe, Dynamics, Power BI
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project and various PM tools (such as Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps)
  • An undergraduate degree in business or technology

We’d also be super-impressed if you have

  • A project management certification such as Scrum, CAPM, PMP, or SAFe
  • Experience with large-scale corporate or enterprise organizations
  • Working knowledge of Dynamics 365 and/or PowerApps

Additional Information

Washington State base range: $60,000-$145,000 DOE
