SummaryServes as executive point of contact for Logicalis US (LUS) stakeholders regarding Microsoft Practice. Possesses necessary skills, experience, and passion to make Microsoft most impactful partner in LUS line-up. Responsible for overall success and management of all aspects of MSFT alliance partnership. Leads strategy and all functional elements of practice by developing regional team, Logicalis global capabilities, and business partners to effectively deliver strategic client solutions while satisfying our commercial objectives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Strategy and Planning: Defines regional strategy, portfolio and go to market approach to accelerate Microsoft solution and services growth spanning cloud, security, and modern work solutions and managed services, with guidance from regional Executive Team and Group VP Microsoft Business Development. Working with Microsoft regional leadership and functional teams, creates commercial business plan in support of targets.
- Solution Portfolio: Owns portfolio and offerings function for our entire Microsoft business while also providing guidance and coordinating offerings with Collaboration/Security practice for Microsoft Modern Work and Security solutions and all associated Managed Services. Guides portfolio decisions with future eye toward Data and Analytics.
- Sales Execution and Go-to-Market (GTM): Converts tactical and strategic business objectives of Logicalis and Microsoft into actionable tasks/projects, coordinates to deliver results that enables business to achieve objectives with guidance from regional Executive Team and Group Vice President Microsoft Business Development.
- Commercial Ownership: Owns commercial pipeline, forecast, business performance targets and engages directly on large customer opportunities. Leads business development activities within region across sales, marketing, and partnerships (Microsoft).
- Partnering: Develops and leads relationship and joint activities with Microsoft in collaboration with partner/alliance managers. Fosters relationships with supporting solution/IP partners.
- Marketing and Public Relations: Partners with marketing leader to align on effective public relations and demand generation activities in support of regional business plan. Builds regional Microsoft community to drive alignment to strategy, awareness of evolving capabilities and foster collaboration.
- Capability and Capacity Development: Partners with HR, Technical and Sales leadership to ensure that people capability and capacity needs as defined within business plan are met.
- Demonstrates and actively promotes an understanding and commitment to the mission of Logicalis through performing behaviors consistent with the organization's values.
- Maintains a working knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations as well as policies and procedures of Logicalis in order to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical and professional behaviors.
- Supports and conducts self in a manner consistent with customer service expectations.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- Successful track record in partner community building/growing Microsoft business in US and consistently executing to achieve plan.
- Proven consultative sales leader that can fluently position portfolio offerings and their desired client business outcomes.
- MSFT relationship credibility and linkage (Redmond).
- Comfort and command of entire MSFT portfolio.

- Strong leadership experience within Cloud Solution and Managed Services business – digital transformation evangelist.
