The Revenue & Marketing Operations Analyst is responsible for data and analytics for measuring and forecasting all aspects of our operations of LogicManager's go-to-market model. This role will join our revenue operations team supporting our HubSpot CRM to take a holistic view across sales, marketing, implementation, and customer success departments to enable team members and customers to achieve their goals. What You'll Be Doing On Our Team
  • Identifying meaningful business metrics for reporting and dashboards to provide insights on trends to inform business decisions
  • Participating in forecast discussions to ensure key knowledge is shared across the forecasting team
  • Continuously demonstrating initiative by proposing methods and techniques to improve the current forecast methodology
  • Support product, marketing and sales teams in coordinating new solution go-to-market initiatives across regions and verticals
  • Manage the monthly sales booking forecast, providing market information to sales leaders, consolidating regional inputs and reviewing for accuracy & commercial reality
  • Coordinating with Marketing and Advisory groups to execute inbound marketing campaigns and assign leads to the sales team
  • Manage the monthly, quarterly and annual bottoms-up sales planning process, reconciling account-level sales inputs with top-down corporate guidance and inputting goals into our HubSpot CRM
  • Manage our customer rewards program to incentivize customer referrals, testimonials and event participation.


About You and What Skills You'll Need
  • East Coast Time Zone: We are a remote-first workforce but are giving priority to candidates currently based on the east coast due to our core business hours (9am-5pm ET) and collaborative efforts as an organization. At this time, we are unable to consider candidates based in other regions and appreciate your understanding
  • 3 years of experience as a technical implementation specialist or similar role
  • Strong understanding of HubSpot best practices and functionality as evident either through current experience in the platform or at least one Hubspot Inbound Marketing and Sales certification. Exposure to Customer Objects a plus.
  • Understanding of other sales and marketing technologies, such as HubSpot, Gong.io, Pendo and ZoomInfo, is a plus
  • Experience building custom reports and dashboards to inform departments across the business
  • Proficient in Google Office/applications (especially GoogleSheets) and any experience analyzing complex data sets or using business intelligence tools is a plus 
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, prioritize simultaneous requests, and successfully drive projects to completion 
  • Good communication and presentation skills with a proven ability to build and maintain positive, effective relationships across all levels in an organization
  • Excellent analytical, qualitative and quantitative skills, with strong attention to detail and passion for accuracy
  • SaaS experience required 
  • Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to translate asks from the business into efficient solutions
