Login VSI is the recognized world leader in synthetic user testing and change management for Virtual Desktops and Applications. Our patented technology and multi award winning products continue to evolve and have positioned us at the forefront of a fast moving, high growth market. Our Enterprise customers are a who’s-who of the Financial, Healthcare, Government, Education, Energy and Retail leaders. They rely on our products to ensure any changes that come into their desktop environment have been appropriately tested for scale, performance and compatibility impacts both in pre-production testing and in-production end-user experience monitoring. Additionally, our software is used by most of the major technology suppliers into this market from chip manufactures to server/storage/HCI suppliers, hypervisor and operating system vendors, through to the application layer, all of whom depend on Login VSI to derive meaningful measurements around how changes in their products will impact their customers.


As a result of our continuing success, we are now looking to expand our team and hiring a Project Manager to help our company grow into its next major phase.


Description:

Your job will be to coordinate and manage key client and internal projects ensuring that they are delivered on-time, with-in budget and produce a successful result. You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project’s organization and timeline. You will prepare reports and dashboards to report the overall project status to Management.


Duties:

Specific Project Manager responsibilities include developing detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation and delivering projects on time within budget and scope.

  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation, coordinating internal resources and third parties
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
  • Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor
  • Track project performance, regarding short-term and long-term goals
  • Manage and make changes to the project, schedule and costs
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Meet with clients for updates and briefings to clarify specific requirements of each project
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Summarize progress of the projects, prepare reports for Management regarding status of projects
  • Escalate to Management as needed
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Meet budgetary objectives and/or make adjustments to projects based on financial analysis
  • Attend conferences and training as required




  • Ability to manage a significant number of projects in various stages (Proof of Concept, Initiation, Delivery, Closeout, etc.) as an individual Project Manager
  • Ability to interact with customers of significantly varying size, capability, sophistication, industry etc.
  • Maintain meticulous records
  • Be detail oriented with an ability to convey information clearly and concisely
  • Excellent communicator – confident, can manage a room but not over-power other voices
  • End-game oriented – what does success really look like and how do we ensure we are tracking towards that
  • Team player with the ability to problem solve
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Proven working experience as a Project Manager
  • Preferred technical background, with hands-on experience in a software business
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or other similar project management credentials highly desirable
  • Previous experience using marketing automation software (i.e. Dynamics 365, CRM, OneNote, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams) preferred
  • Ability to travel occasionally to support Marketing events (up to 10%)
