Content Management V

Overview

LMI, a not-for-profit strategic consulting organization focused on the federal government, is seeking a Content Management V. This position is located in the National Capital Region.

With the threat of transnational terrorism and ongoing development of weapons of mass destruction (WMD) by nations potentially hostile to the U.S., DHS has taken steps to integrate the full range of its radiological/nuclear, chemical, and biological threat detection programs. As the focal point for this effort, DHS Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) requires consulting and program management support that can reinforce and better enable a more dynamic and operationally-focused DHS strategy. 

The person selected for this position will be able to provide Apply mission related subject matter expertise and experience to strategic consultation including but not limited to: research and identify national-level training program and curricula gaps and trends, propose training solutions, administer training program activities, and leverage extensive practical knowledge to implement new training solutions and deliver leadership level curricula as needed. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant contribution to the defense of the Nation in a new and developing office.

Please note:

This position will be located on a client site. Finalists must be able to pass a DHS Suitability Check and Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis to support establishing national CBRN Primary and Secondary Screening training requirements and gaps
• Assist with the development of external project reports that include, but are not limited to: monthly program reviews, quarterly program assessments, and other reports related to project management.
• Prepare executive reports and briefings for various projects.
• Conduct and monitor data calls for CWMD components.
• Provide deliverable tracking, review deliverables, and provide guidance for improvements.
• Support data collection activities.
• Analyze programmatic data, report findings, and earned value management (EVM) products, as well as conduct process improvement evaluations. 
• Support the monitoring of exercise project level costs as identified by the PM

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• Master's degree or equivalent
• Ability to obtain high-level clearance and DHS suitability clearance
• 10 years of experience

Desired Qualifications:

• Active high-level clearance (current DHS Suitability preferred)
• Knowledge and experience in CBRN material as well as an understanding of the hazards associated with their manufacture, transport and use.
