Overview:
LMI is seeking a junior enterprise architect at our client site at Scott AFB. The goal of this project will be to assist the U.S. Transportation Command and its components (Air Mobility Command (AMC) and Military Surface Deployment and Distribution Command (SDDC)) in its enterprise, business and solution architecture goals. Under the guidance of the assigned government lead, this role will accomplish day-to-day task management from key stakeholders. Partial teleworking is allowed,

Identify and implement best-practice solutions to client requirements

Integrate strategy, business, and technology planning methods with an ability to understand, analyze, justify, and communicate the solution of EA problems.

Provide enterprise, business and solution architecture support to develop and oversee the technical blueprint, assist in the translation of functional capability into the functional and technical architecture for that capability, help lead the definition of the EA framework, and provide governance support over the implementation and management of that framework.

Provides technical knowledge and analysis of highly specialized applications and operational environments, high-level functional systems analysis, design, integration, documentation and implementation advice on exceptionally complex problems that need extensive knowledge of the subject matter for effective implementation.

Bachelors degree required

Must possess an active Secret Clearance, for which you must be a US Citizen

1 or more years experience with architectural frameworks

Ability to organizational mission and strategies to IT solutions

Knowledge of DoDAF or FEAC

Familiarity of other architecture modeling techniques and tools

Expertise with Microsoft tools to include MS Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Sharepoint

Expertise within a mobility environment focused on transportation, communication, command and control, or finance
