The Head of Global Programs - Technical Solutions will influence and advise a community of pre-sales leaders who align the technical practices and investments to sustain Logitech's ambition to be recognized as a thought leader for B2B globally, empowered by the landscape of new products and solutions. The overarching purpose of this role will be to continue to build a forward-looking blueprint for technology improvement focusing on innovation and process improvement informed by customer insights, while delivering actionable recommendations to ultimately help the B2B sales and BG achieve their business objectives through new services,products and customer acquisitions.This role will focus on evangelizing Logitech's rightful position as the industry thought leader for customers rationalizing the emerging Hybrid workspaces environment and overall future of work considerations. The Head of Global programs will participate in a monthly advisory and operational review meeting of regional solutions engineering leaders across the B2B organization globally to align with critical areas of need (assessment and direction), consult on disparate systems, integration, and road map (address gaps). This individual will be responsible for defining and building with peers and the Global Head of Technical Solutions pre-sales engineering community in the sales B2B organization. You will serve as the organization's technical leader, acting as both an information resource to executive management in the regions globally regarding existing performance/capabilities, as well as a key source of customer insights for the B2B BG. This person will also provide executive management with a grasp of its future capabilities and technical potential to drive business value for B2B in our global accounts.Additional areas of impact and involvement include, but are not limited to external presentations (thought leadership and solutions evangelism), and technical recruiting.The successful candidate will be a seasoned Solutions Engineering leader or Architect with experience leading solutions engineering teams. This role requires an outstanding leader of people.
