Job Posting for Floor Supervisor at Lola's Lakehouse

Lola's Lakehouse is currently seeking a qualified individual to fill our Floor Supervisor position. We are located on beautiful Lake Waconia and are known for our view and patio directly on the lake.

Applicants should be able to communicate organizational needs, oversee employees' performance, provide guidance, support, identify development needs, and manage the reciprocal relationship between staff and the organization so that each is successful.

Individual will work side by side with management.

Pay based on Experience

Experience

  • 1-3 years experience in either management, supervisory or restaurant lead position is preferred
  • Able to maintain a positive attitude while presented with stressful situations
  • Must have experience in high volume and fast paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
