Job Title: Accounting Clerk (Hybrid Schedule) Location: Exton, PA
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Accounting Clerk to join our team in Exton, PA. The successful candidate will work on a hybrid schedule, combining both on-site and remote work.
In this role, you will be responsible for a range of tasks including project management/billing, accounts payable, and payroll. You will work closely with the rest of the accounting team to ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and processed in a timely manner.
Your specific responsibilities will include:
- Managing billing and collections, and ensuring that all invoices are accurately prepared and sent to clients in a timely manner
- Reporting progress on contracts and managing PO's and change orders
- Processing accounts payable, including reviewing and verifying vendor invoices and reconciling vendor statements
- Assisting with payroll, including preparing payroll reports and ensuring that all employee pay is accurately calculated and processed
- Maintaining financial records and ensuring that all transactions are accurately recorded
- Performing other duties as assigned by the accounting team
Requirements:
- Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively
- Knowledge of accounting principles
- A bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
- Experience with accounting software such as Netsuite and Paylocity a plus

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
