Junior Accountant - King of Prussia, PA

Flexible hybrid schedule! Lots of room for growth!

Compensation: $50-55k annually
Fully paid benefits, 401k match, parental leave, tuition reimbursement

Responsibilities:

  • Verify accuracy of payment and apply cash to appropriate invoice
  • Follow procedures for maintaining files, process expense reports, and providing appropriate documentation to support auditing.
  • Scan all checks for daily bank deposits.
  • Verify payment and apply cash to appropriate invoice.
  • Assist with researching and resolving payment discrepancies while maintaining positive relationships with all customers.
  • Follow procedures for processing receipts, handling cash, processing payments and adjustments.
  • Update Cash Sheet for daily cash transactions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Accounting/Finance or related major preferred
  • 1 year Cash applications experience a plus
  • Proficiency with Excel
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team player
