We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and proactive individual to join our team as the Administrative Assistant. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure efficient operations of the office and supporting the daily functions of the tax/finance department. This is an on-site position and will be over a three month contract period.
Location: Fort Washington, PA (On-site)
Compensation: $24-26/hour

Responsibilities:
- Compile and arrange tax filings and client reports meticulously, ensuring proper sequencing and inclusion of relevant attachments.
- Deliver finalized tax returns to clients with accurate mailing and forwarding envelopes.
- Maintain up-to-date tracking of all information within the Document Management System, adapting seamlessly to a paperless workflow.
- Collaborate closely with Firm principals to generate monthly client invoices.
- Exhibit strong written communication skills.
- Demonstrate keen attention to detail and proficiency in conducting thorough report reviews and proofreading.
- Engage in professional and effective communication with clients via phone, email, fax, and occasional face-to-face interactions.
- Display aptitude in navigating systems and applications, collaborating with IT resources for troubleshooting and project management.
- Aid in the reconciliation of various company credit cards, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Qualifications:
