Income outlook:
Our Drivers earn between 50K To 70K During the 6-month winter from November To April.
And they earn between 15K – 20K During the Rest of the season Between May To October.

Job Type: Full-Time/ Part Time

Responsibilities:
As a Professional Driver at Lone Mountain Limo, you will be responsible for providing a safe, comfortable, and luxurious transportation experience for our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Safe and Responsible Driving: Operate vehicles in a safe and defensive manner, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations. Ensure the safety of passengers, fellow road users, and the vehicle itself at all times.
2. Client Service: Provide a high level of customer service by offering assistance to passengers, addressing inquiries, and accommodating special requests to enhance their overall experience.
3. Route Planning: Plan efficient and timely routes to reach destinations, taking into consideration traffic conditions, road closures, and potential delays. Utilize navigation tools effectively to optimize routes.
4. Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle's mechanical condition, cleanliness, and overall presentation meet the company's standards. Report any maintenance or repair needs promptly.
5. Professional Appearance: Maintain a neat and clean appearance at all times while representing the company. Dress in the provided uniform and maintain a high level of personal grooming.
6. Communication: Communicate effectively with dispatchers, passengers, and colleagues to provide updates on arrivals, departures, delays, and any other relevant information.
7. Problem Solving: Demonstrate the ability to handle unexpected situations such as traffic diversions, changes in plans, or emergencies, while maintaining a calm and composed demeanor.
8. Confidentiality: Uphold strict confidentiality when dealing with client information, conversations, and personal details.
9. Time Management: Manage time effectively to ensure punctual arrivals and departures while accommodating potential changes to schedules.

Requirements:

• Valid and clean driver's license with an excellent driving record.
• Prior professional driving experience, preferably in a chauffeur, shuttle or limousine service capacity.
• Strong knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Impeccable communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Familiarity with navigation tools and smartphone applications.
• Flexibility in working hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in defensive driving or customer service are a plus.
