Lone Star Overnight (LSO) is now hiring a full-time Dispatcher!
LSO is a $100M parcel network delivery company experiencing significant growth with both e-commerce and B2B customers. We are seeking customer service-oriented candidates who work well under pressure and can complete tasks in a safe and orderly fashion.
Schedule: Must be available Monday-Friday from 11:00AM-8:00PM. Some flexibility required.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Coordinating and assigning routes.
- Researching and correcting any impediment that prevents timely delivery of packages.
- Work closely with customers and customer service representatives to resolve package delivery.
- Assigning, tracking, and clearing routes while maintaining an intense focus on customer satisfaction.
- Assist inbound drivers check in; Also involves sorting packages in warehouse.
- Accurately updating customer and package data information and finding solutions to operational needs.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- At least 6 months Operations experience preferred.
- Possess excellent verbal and interpersonal skills with a keen eye for problem solving.
- Ability to work without direction and take charge is a must.
- Excellent attendance record is required.
- Proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel.
