- Flight Booking: Assist clients in selecting and booking appropriate flight itineraries based on their travel preferences, budget, and schedule requirements
- Reservation Management: Handle flight reservations efficiently, including checking availability, securing bookings, and processing ticket purchases
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients by promptly responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and offering assistance throughout the flight booking process
- Reservation Modifications: Handle flight reservation modifications and cancellations as needed, ensuring all changes are accurately processed and documented
- Knowledge of Airlines and Routes: Stay informed about various airlines, flight routes, and travel restrictions to provide valuable recommendations and assistance to clients
