Long Cove Club is seeking a full-time Back Server/Food Runner to join our team at Hilton Head Island's Premier Private Country Club. We are looking for a hardworking, personable, and detail-oriented individual with a passion for hospitality to support our Clubhouse Operations. This position is the heart of our Clubhouse operations, working closely with both the front and back of the house to deliver exceptional hospitality to our Members and guests.

Back Server/Waiter Responsibilities:
The Back Server/Waiter acts as a liaison, communicating between the FOH and HOH to ensure exceptional hospitality is consistently delivered to our Members. Responsibilities include maintaining the highest standards of food presentation and plate integrity, delivering meals promptly and efficiently, clearing and bussing tables to uphold the appearance and cleanliness of all dining operations, fulfilling member requests with a positive attitude, and assisting team members as necessary. This position requires a utility mindset, with a willingness to help with other roles within the FOH and support banquet setup and breakdown. The role also includes other duties as assigned.
Back Server/Waiter Requirements:
We are seeking an individual who is honest, dependable, and has a positive attitude toward teamwork. A great attitude and eagerness to learn, along with reliable transportation, are essential. The candidate should have a desire to grow in the hospitality industry and be capable of handling physical tasks, including sitting, standing, stooping, kneeling, pushing, shoving, lifting, carrying, and moving objects weighing up to 50 lbs. This movement can occur throughout the day, with occasional need to climb several flights of stairs. Flexibility to work in both indoor and outdoor settings with variable climates and lighting conditions is also required.
