What are the responsibilities and job description for the O365 Tech Lead position at Long Finch Technologies?
High level JD/Capabilities:
· Primary skillset: O365 Tenant level Administration, Secondary skillset: Messaging and fair knowledge of AD, Security
· Experience working as an Onshore lead in O365 engagements of similar scope and scale
· Excellent communication and analytical skill since this will be a customer facing role
· Able to work with all stakeholders including Microsoft Account Manager (CSAM) to triage issues or to discuss about latest MS365 updates
· To be the Point of Contact for Client stakeholders
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
