Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Director of Perioperative Services (Periop) and responsible for the day-to-day tactical and strategic business operations in the Perioperative Services. Responsible and accountable for development and managing the business activities throughout the Perioperative Services Department, including equipment management, computerization, budgeting, and purchasing contracts. Development of reports and data tools that support strategic plan initiatives within the department.

Minimum Qualifications:
To qualify you must have a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of five years experience in a comparable position. Previous budgetary experience Excellent communications and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Business or related field, required.
Approximately three to five years experience with progressively more responsible related work experience in a healthcare administrative office management
role required
Must possess prior experience with budget and project management with strong problem solving and analytical abilities.
High emotional intelligence. Highly self-motivated and must have desire to work in the healthcare setting.
Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills (both written and verbal).
Excellent computer skills. Proficient in; Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, Access, Power Point. Knowledge of Peoplesoft Modules and KRONOS.
Qualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
