In this role, you will:
- Be the friendly face (or voice) of our company, providing exceptional service to our customers across various channels (phone, email, chat, etc.)
- Answer questions, address concerns, and process bookings with a smile – all while ensuring company policies are upheld.
- Effectively communicate company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and document customer interactions.
- Actively listen to customer concerns, troubleshoot problems, and find creative solutions to ensure satisfaction.
While these are the core responsibilities, there's always more to learn.

Salary: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
