Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Associate to join our team. As a Manufacturing Associate, you will be responsible for assembling, fabricating, repairing, inspecting various products, packing and shipping orders. This is a hands-on role that requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to use hand and power tools. Responsibilities:

- Use hand tools and power tools to assemble products according to specifications

- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently

- Fabricate components using various techniques

- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy

- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

- Assist with inventory management and warehouse organization

- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

- Candidate would eventually help with customer service as well as packing and shipping orders.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in manufacturing or a related field preferred

- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools

- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and instructions

- Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects

- Computer knowledge would be a bonus.

Note: This position requires the ability to stand for long periods of time and perform physically demanding tasks.
