Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Charge Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Long Term Care and possess expertise in resident assessments, aseptic technique, catheterization, basic life support and wound care.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate patient care delivery
- Provide direct patient care and treatment
- Monitor patients' conditions and assess their needs
- Implement and maintain patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Educate patients and families on healthcare plans
- Ensure adherence to infection control protocols
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Experience:
- Valid nursing license
- 1 Year experience in Long Term or Hospital nursing care
- Advanced knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
