Responsibilities:
Updating accounts payable. Assisting in balancing sheets and income statements.
Assisting with reviewing income and expenses.
Assisting with other accounting-related duties.
Accounting assistance (e.g., data entry,invoice, billing, etc.) Undertake basic bookkeeping tasks and issue invoices, statements, etc.
Perform administrative work such as typing, filing, sorting, and distributing mail; assist with the preparation of correspondence to clients
Assist in making travel arrangements and Assisting in basic reimbursement
Requirements：
High school diploma or associate’s degree.
No experience accepted, but willing to learn and work hard
Warm personality with strong communication skills.
Great communication skills
This position is located in our Ontario, CA office. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, with some weekends as needed.
