Who You Are:
We are seeking a candidate with a strong positive attitude toward customer service to act as a Certified Nursing Assistant for skilled nursing facility. This person will have a genuine interest in geriatric care and be able to motivate while maintaining relationship with staff and residents. The right candidate will always strive to do the best job possible, to be creative and to work towards accomplishing facility goals.
Summary:
Dates: Nov 4th- Nov 22nd – 3-week program
First two weeks lecture
Hours: 9:00am -3:30pm (30-minute lunch)
Third week Clinicals/Hours
Hours 7:00am - 3:30pm (30-minute lunch)
Student will be able to work during the Free CNA school program if desired.
if working Pay will be as follow:
- $16.00/ hour if working and attending the Free CNA School
- $18.00/hour after clinicals are completed
- $19.50/hour starting rate after certified
- $20.00/hour after 30 days
- $20.50/hour after 60 days
- $21.00/hour after 90 days
Night Shift differential: $1.50
Weekend nights can keep the $2.00 shift differential (this does not apply to Baylor)
Sign on Bonus:
- FT employee- $1000 bonus payout. $300 @ 3 months, $300 @ 6 months, $400 @ 9 months
- PT employee- $500 bonus payout. $100 @ 3 months, $200 @ 6 months, $200 @ 9 months
Referral Bonus (Managers & Directors included):
- $500 bonus payout- $200 after certification completed, $100 @ 3 months, $200 @ 6 months
