$75,000 at plan commission

• Have open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market
• Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to ensure a smooth home buying process
• Find potential homebuyers and give them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget
• Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads
• Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close

• Educate and assist buyers throughout the very important task of buying a home
• Providing a great experience for consumers
• Understand the importance of customer service
• High Capacity
• Be enthusiastic, and energetic, and have a great work ethic
• Provide fanatical follow-up for new customers and a huge database
• Schedule appointments, show homes, and complete open houses

• Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
• Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred
• Show a track record of real estate success
• 1 years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience
• Familiarity with the area real estate market conditions and current real estate trends

• Driven, talented, coachable
• Must be disciplined
• You are looking to create goals and crush them
• You’re looking for a career, not a job (full-time)
• Excellent customer service skills are a must
• Be a team player in the workplace and help others to achieve their goals
• A Real Estate License is not required to apply but is required for the position
