Job Description:

Are you an experienced and detail-oriented Home Improvement Estimator? Do you have a passion for creating accurate project estimates and helping clients bring their home improvement dreams to life? Look no further! We are currently seeking a talented Estimator to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

-Conduct thorough assessments of client project requirements, including scope, materials, and timelines.
-Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, provide expert advice, and propose innovative solutions.
-Prepare detailed cost estimates, including labor, materials, permits, and subcontractor costs.
-Research and analyze market prices for materials and services to ensure competitive pricing.
-Present estimates to clients in a clear and professional manner, addressing any questions or concerns.
-Collaborate closely with project managers, designers, and construction teams to ensure accurate implementation of estimates.
-Track and manage project costs throughout the lifecycle, identifying potential cost savings and efficiencies.
-Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to home improvement.

Requirements:

-Proven experience as a Home Improvement Estimator or similar role.
-Strong knowledge of home improvement materials, construction techniques, and industry standards.
-Excellent analytical and mathematical skills to accurately estimate project costs.
-Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
-Proficient in using estimation software and tools.
-Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
-Relevant certifications or degrees in construction management, architecture, or related fields are a plus.
-Network with with other companies though Meet ups/ Lead Share groups/ BNI groups to get referrals for future business

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $83,470.00 - $89,421.00 per year
