Job Description:
As a Manual QA Tester at Loop, you will work on a variety of client projects, testing their software to identify issues ranging from bugs to confusing user flows. The work includes user acceptance testing, running regressions, exploratory testing, and reporting.

As a Manual QA Tester you will be working with your Pod: two other testers and one Pod Lead to deliver the highest quality service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

Testing

• Understands clients’ needs and project-specific methodologies

• Finds and reports issues seen with the software

Communication

• Communicates proactively with Pod and Pod Lead, including asking any and all questions related to processes and clients - There are no silly questions!

• Identifies process improvements and shares with Pod

• Reports issues seen while testing in a professional high quality manner

Responsibility to Loop’s Values

This is a full-time, salaried position entitled to Loop’s benefits package.

Pay: $40,000.00 per year
