The Role
The Managed Account Associate is responsible for supporting the Managed Account Specialists in an effort to enrich existing client relationships and close Separately Managed Account business. Individuals in this role are required to possess knowledge of Lord Abbett’s SMA products, operational processes, marketing collateral, and market conditions to ensure clients receive an experience that exceeds expectations.
We’ll trust you to:
- Be a dedicated and trusted partner for SMA Specialists and Associates
- Assist with running client proposals, transition analysis, and zephyrs in a timely manner
- Review and make any necessary edits to client proposals and transition analysis
- Collaborate with the Investment team to ensure accurate and timely proposals and transition analysis
- Support marketing initiatives to distribute and enhance SMA content (kits, flyers, proposals, etc.)
- Partner with SMA Specialists to assist in ongoing operational items for clients
- Partner with Digital Services to drive operational efficiencies where appropriate
- Assist with reporting end-of-day sales and compelling SMA data to internal leadership
- Develop a deep understanding of Lord Abbett’s SMA business and products
- Embrace best practices
