We have an immediate opening for an experienced and customer service oriented individual to fill the position of Steam Engineer to operate, maintain, install, repair and replace building equipment for steam boilers, chillers, co-generators, pumps, air compressors, water softeners, air conditioning, refrigeration, heating and ventilating equipment, electrical equipment and plumbing.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Responsible for maintaining building lighting, comfortable room temperature, cool and hot water supply, steam requirement for laundry, kitchen and athletic department, and power and heat supply. Maintain all building mechanical, electrical, air conditioning, refrigeration, water heating at safe, prescribed operating condition located throughout the building.
This employee takes temperature and pressure readings to aid himself in performing adjustments, in order to operate the building in an economical and efficient manner.
Must have:
Steam Engineer License from City of Los Angeles (500HP or more)
