Key Holder Position
We are looking for a team player who is excited, energetic, and eager to learn and help our General manager and Assistant manager. Someone who is going to bring energy and excite their team and bring a joyful attitude to work. Having excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service. Assisting the General manager and the Assistant manager.
Your primary responsibility is to the customer, ensuring that every guest has a wonderful experience. We want you to be energetic and joyful and bring excitement to work and to your team.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Able to open/close the restaurant, cashing out
- Going around the restaurant, floating, and helping where needed
- Supervising side-work, opening and closing side-work
- Respond efficiently to customer questions and complaints
- Create and nurture a positive working environment
- Assisting GM and AM, Communicating and coordinating any tasks/duties that need to be completed.
This position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks simultaneously. The Key Holder will assist in opening and closing procedures, oversee staff in the absence of management, and maintain a safe and welcoming environment for both customers and employees.
With strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks, the Key Holder assists in daily operations, manages cash transactions, and delivers excellent customer service. This position requires a high level of responsibility, effective communication, and the ability to make decisions independently. Previous experience in a similar role or the restaurant industry is preferred. Flexibility in working evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
