```Job Overview:```

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated assistant with great interpersonal and clerical skills to help with both front office and back office/assisting duties. No prior dental experience required. Job would entail answering phone calls, scheduling, hands on assisting, answering emails.

```Responsibilities:```

-Schedule patients and verify/process insurance

- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical history reviews and physical examinations

- Assist in surgical procedures and provide post-operative care

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation

- Adhere to HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality

```Qualifications:```

-Google Drive/GMail/GSuite experience required

-OMSA training a plus

- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, coding, and documentation practices

- Proficiency in conducting physical examinations and assessing vital signs

- Experience in assisting with surgical procedures is preferred but not required

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
