Lost Larson is looking for a bread baker to join our growing team!
Seeking a baker who is comfortable utilizing naturally leavened doughs and whole grains while focused on the craft. Smaller production with a focus on quality and consistency.
Our current menu ranges from artisan sourdough to brioche and croissant.

Ability to work indepedently while contributing to a small team and continuing to develop the bread program. The ability to lift large amounts of dough and perform a range of strenuous, repetitive motion is essential. Bread experience preferred but will train the right individual.
