MARKETING SALES EXECUTIVE (BASE+COMMISSION)

Job Description:
As a Door-to-Door Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of security equipment and services directly to residential and commercial customers. You will engage with potential clients in-person, demonstrating the benefits and features of our products, and effectively closing sales to meet and exceed targets.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct door-to-door sales presentations to generate leads and close sales.
• Educate potential customers on the benefits and features of our security equipment and services.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis.
• Provide feedback to the management team on market trends and customer preferences.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle is an asset.
