Reports to: Front of house manager, and General Manager

Summary of position:
· Provide an excellent guest dinning & drinking experience
· Limiting problems and liability when serving alcohol
· Creating classic and innovative drinks
· Ensure quality of signature cocktails, wine and beer
Job duties
· Check identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
· Prepare alcohol, non-alcohol beverages
· Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
· Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
· Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
· Comply with all food and beverage regulations
· Remain organized and clean in a high paced work environment
· Maintain Lotus Pad Standards of Service
· Complete daily and weekly side work
· Must be able to describe all food items to customers
· Taking and serving food and beverage orders
· Handling money
· Multitasking in a high paced, stressful environment
· Upselling food and alcohol items
· Help others when needed; be a team player
Job requirements
· High school degree or GED
· 3 years experience as a server or bartender
· Basic knowledge of food and wine
· Must be able to work the weeks of: Christmas, New Year , Presidents Day
· Positive and effective communication skills
· Montana serve safe certificate

Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour
