Your Job Purpose:

The Facilities TCM Technician specializes in the operation and maintenance of sophisticated chemical and gas delivery systems within a High-Volume Manufacturing (HVM) environment. Responsibilities include ensuring the seamless functioning of bulk chemical and gas delivery systems, diagnosing process issues, and performing routine preventative maintenance and troubleshooting. With a strong focus on safety, communication, and teamwork, this role contributes to the efficient operation of the Ocotillo campus facilities..

Your Job Description:

· Proficiency in operating and maintaining chemical and gas delivery systems supporting High Volume Manufacturing. This includes systems such as bulk chemical delivery systems, solvent systems, and gas delivery systems.

· Utilize quality systems to diagnose process issues and interpret data related to bulk chemical and gas delivery systems. Employ Preventative Excursion Management Systems and analytical equipment for efficient problem-solving.

· Able to understand and diagnose analytical data using Cimplicity/SCADA Systems. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and analytical/metrology equipment used in the area.

· Role model safety practices and ensure compliance with procedural requirements related to the handling of hazardous production materials. Operate within regulatory guidelines and adhere to safety protocols at all times.

Job Requirements:

· Associate of Science degree in STEM or 1 years of experience in Bulk Chemical and Gas Delivery Systems maintenance and troubleshooting. Military experience considered in lieu of an associate's degree.

· Experience with facilities chemical and gas distribution systems, including bulk chemical delivery systems, solvent systems, and gas delivery systems. Familiarity with chemical nomenclature and gases used in semiconductor processing facilities.

· Proficiency in the use of hand tools, power tools, and analytical/metrology equipment. Ability to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pumps, valves, and PLC control logic.
