Reservationist/Bookkeeper

Duties:

- Manage and maintain accurate reservation records
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Assist with booking reservations and processing payments
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer concerns or issues
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction - All aspects of the day to day operations of the office
-Daily Accounting including accounts payable and accounts receivable -Daily Reconciliation of the previous days activity

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in accounting and customer service preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in computer systems especially Microsoft Office -General knowledge of Quickbooks helpful -Previous experience with Payroll and HR preferred
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 42 per week
