Louis Latour is a small, closely knit company located in San Rafael. We were founded in 1985 to exclusively import and manage the sale of the wines of Maison Louis Latour a French company, in the US.
Position Summary:
The Office Administrator will have excellent customer service, extremely detailed oriented, able to multi-task, highly organized and able to work independently. This position works with the sales team, national sales manager and controller. Training and supervision will be provided. This ideal candidate has a positive attitude, enjoys working independently, takes initiative and pays close attention to detail.
Main Duties and responsibilities:
· Order Processing
· Invoicing
· Inventory
· Deposits
· Filing
· Answering phones & emails
· Ordering office supplies
· Office Errands
· Monthly shipping and brand registration
And other administrative duties as needed
Qualifications and Skills:
Must have great phone presence. Friendly, personable and cheerful. Must be able to lift 40lbs
Knowledge of wine industry a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel and Outlook and comfortable learning new systems.
Office hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m. Occasional evenings during semi-annual trade tastings.
Salary: Salary negotiable DOE
