Louis Law Group, a dynamic property insurance litigation law firm operating at a high pace is actively seeking a seasoned and dedicated full-time Legal Intake Specialist with proficiency in utilizing Go High Level with a minimum of 2 years of experience for immediate hire. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate input and management of legal data, supporting our legal team in maintaining organized and up-to-date case information.
Responsibilities:
*Precisely input and update legal data, encompassing case details, client information, and various legal documents, utilizing
our case management system.
*Scrutinize and validate data for accuracy and completeness, promptly identifying and rectifying errors or inconsistencies.
*Categorize and organize information according to established protocols.
*Collaborate closely with legal attorneys and management to ensure data entry aligns with case developments and client
requirements.
*Assist in the generation of reports, summaries, and necessary documents.
*Uphold strict confidentiality standards and adhere to data security protocols when handling sensitive legal information.
Requirements:
*Proven experience as an Intake Specialist or in a similar role, with a preference for
candidates with prior experience in a legal environment.
*Experience in using Go High Level is highly desired.
*Familiarity with legal research processes and resources.
*Previous exposure to a law firm, legal department, or related legal setting is highly
desirable.
*Solid grasp of legal terminology, document types, and case management processes.
*Meticulous attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining data accuracy.
*Proficiency in utilizing legal software and databases for data entry, including but not limited to legal case management
software and document management systems.
*Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and G-Suite.
*Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
*Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Understanding of data privacy regulations and the ability to handle confidential
information appropriately.
