The Manufacturing Administrator is an integral administrative role focused on a broad array of administrative responsibilities in and around the production and distribution of apple cider, sparkling apple cider, craft soda, lemonade, fruit butters, hard cider and wine. These responsibilities include the receipt and input of customer orders, participation in manufacturing planning, demand planning, order fulfillment and manufacturing documentation management.

Job Functions and Duties:

-Production planning for all customer orders and inventory builds

-Input inventory levels of all raw materials and finished goods on regular basis for use in demand planning

-Maintain and update raw material pricing and impact on finished goods pricing

-Responsible for manufacturing vendors, including general vendor info, insurance and other vendor documents

-Responsibility to manage production documents, including provision of documents to manufacturing team and retention of documents in document cloud

-Communicate with inbound freight for raw materials and outbound freight for customer deliveries

-Utilization of manufacturing software for input of orders, management of inventory and billing

-Develop familiarity with company Food Safety Program in order to ensure document and general program compliance

Minimum requirements:

-2-5 years of relevant administrative experience

-Excellent problem solving and planning skills

-Manufacturing background strongly preferred

-Fully proficient in Microsoft tools and applications

-Advanced Excel skills

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
