Louisville Tile of Minneapolis is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee our Minneapolis location. The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing all operational and team management aspects of a flooring distribution branch. The branch operations include sales activity, warehousing, customer service, and the showroom. This role requires strong leadership skills, industry knowledge, and a customer-centric approach to drive business growth and ensure operational excellence. This position is responsible for partnering with other leaders in achieving success. The role ensures that the branch operates efficiently and effectively, meets customer expectations, and maintains a smooth workflow. The Branch Manager should be a product and technical knowledge expert. The ability to manage budgets and comprehend financial reporting is key. The Branch Managers can gauge their success by monitoring the KPI’s for the role and should manage to the standard set by the KPIs. The position is responsible for building relationships within the Branch and marketplace that differentiate Louisville Tile by providing a world-class and innovative solution-oriented customer experience. The Branch Manager should exemplify the company culture and fulfill the corporate mission to realize the corporate vision. This is a full-time Monday - Friday position.

Branch Manager Educational or Technical Requirements

  • College education

  • Retail Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Two years of financial responsibility
