Full Charge Bookkeeper

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Full Charge Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company's financial records and transactions. This is a key role that requires strong attention to detail, technical accounting knowledge, and proficiency in various accounting software.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accurate cash balances
- Prepare financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and provide insights to management
- Prepare and submit tax returns and other regulatory filings
- Collaborate with external auditors during the annual audit process
- Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations and best practices

Experience:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- Proven experience in corporate accounting or related field
- Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks
- Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting principles and practices
- Familiarity with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Understanding of financial concepts, budgeting, and forecasting
- Ability to perform technical accounting tasks, such as reconciliations and financial report writing
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and provide insights
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Pay: $21.78 - $22.64 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
