Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Childcare Provider to join our team. As a Childcare Provider, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of children in our care. Responsibilities:
- Create a nurturing and stimulating environment for children
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs
- Promote positive behavior management techniques
- Maintain a safe and clean childcare environment
- Monitor children's health and well-being
- Collaborate with parents/guardians to ensure open communication and address any concerns
- Provide basic first aid when necessary
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including attendance, meals, and incidents
Experience:
- Previous experience in childcare, babysitting, or nannying preferred
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques and classroom management strategies
- Knowledge of caregiving principles and practices
- Experience working with children with special education needs is a plus
- Basic first aid certification is desirable
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience and empathy when working with children
- Ability to create a safe and inclusive environment for all children
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
