Job Summary:
To support therapists and case managers, by co-leading and managing the therapeutic program and working hand-in-hand with the clinical team to deliver, plan, coordinate, and enhance the therapeutic program. Audit Review Manager promotes professional accountability, quality development, evaluation, governance, and monitoring onboarding support and training to new hires, as well as ongoing support for clinicians to ensure that staff are meeting the service needs for families, as well as adhering to policies and standards of LHH.
Duties:
Collecting and analyzing data to detect deficient controls, duplicated effort, fraud, or non-compliance with regulations within the company policies.
During the audit process, provide service training for therapists, case managers, and support workers focused on safety, behavior management, parent interaction, compliance, etc.
Train clinicians on submitting a DFCS discharge summary correctly with community resources attached.
Review and approve discharge summaries before approving a case to be closed.
Collaborate with Lead Therapists and Clinical Director to identify training needs for various clinical positions within the agency.
Educate new hires regarding policies and procedures within the company that are related to service delivery.
Meet with clinicians twice a month to ensure clinicians are in compliance with the company policy.
Review audit reports with clinicians at least twice a month or weekly.
Review emails and other written communication with clinicians for accuracy and consistency.
Assisting clinicians with scheduling to promote client engagement and maximize productivity.
Provide support and training to clinicians who display deficiencies that have impacted their service delivery, including missed appointments, late notes, insufficient communication with stakeholders, etc.
Assist with identifying and developing training opportunities to aid and promote the professional development of staff.
Must maintain a caseload of 5 cases max with an 85% audit rate.

Qualifications:
Master's degree in the Human Services field with Two years of supervisory experience.
Preferred LCSW, LPC, or LMFT with two years of supervisory experience.
Georgia Driver’s License
