Production Manager

Position Overview

Lowcountry Foundation Repair, a regional leader in the foundation repair industry, is seeking to hire a Production Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead and develop a team of construction foremen, installers and service technicians.

What You Would Do

• Lead and develop a team of construction foreman and installers
• Perform regular job site inspections for coaching opportunities on issues of quality and safety  
• Communicate with customers as needed to ensure they have a remarkable experience with our company
• Be an ambassador for the company's culture, purpose, mission and values

What We Need for this Role

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in construction or business preferred
• 2 years of experience as a foreman/manager in the construction trades  
• Proven ability to motivate, guide, and direct a team to reach and exceed business goals   
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Meet DOT Driver Qualifications, A valid driver’s license and a safe driving record
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
