- Assist front end teammates and customers with refunds, over-rings and other transactions requiring supervisory
- Handle change order request, Lottery transactions, Western Union, Money Orders.
- Be knowledgeable, recognize and differentiate between all various types of products carried in the store.
- Ensure that all teammates are courteous to customers and that requests, refunds and complaints are handled
- Keep work area maintained appropriately to ensure a safe work environment for teammates and customers.

- Responsible for maintenance of prompt and accurate checkout service through the proper supervision of front
- Process all various types of sales transactions accepted by the store. this may include EFT transactions, WIC
- Ability to read, write and perform math functions as needed to manage the front end operation.
- Ability to supervise a fast paced environment and multiple functions for extended periods of time during a
- Ensure proper sacking procedures by front end teammates.
- Comply with safety standards.
- Inform management of pricing problems and maintenance needs of front end equipment.
- Handle damaged and spoiled/out of date products according to company policies.
- Responsible for efficient and effective delegation of duties to achieve maximum performance of teammates
- Inform store management of disputes between teammates and department managers or any combination of the
- Maintain an efficient productive front end operation.
- Understand the company teammate handbook.
- Works with store teammates to identify the root causes of issues and inefficiencies.
- Train front end teammates.
- Constantly interacts with teammates to ensure that all teammates understands Lowe's expectations.
- Constantly interacts with customers; remains highly visible
- Ensure that all Management Awareness policies and goals are achieved.
- Ensure that check cashing policies and procedures are trained and implemented per company policy.
- Monitor cash overage/shortage and document discrepancies in accordance with company policy.
- Ensure all front end teammates are in company uniform.
- Adhere to all compliance of company policies, programs, procedures and guidelines.
- Work with teammates to identify the root causes of issues and inefficiencies.
- Maintains accounting records and bookkeeping as assigned by the Corporate office and the Manager.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required. 3 years experience in the supermarket industry or other retail business.
- Possess good customer relations skills. Must have good communication and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of retail operations. Ability to work independently and deal with a variety of concrete variable. Ability to supervise effectively.
