Campers Inn RV is looking for a Business Intelligence Developer Analyst in the Jacksonville, Florida area. This role is responsible for developing and administering reporting systems and solutions to support operational and management activities, financial and accounting activities, and executive reporting needs for the company. The BI Developer Analyst will provide key information and insights critical to decision making, and leverage advanced BI Tool and SQL development to deliver value to all key stakeholders.

Essential Job Functions
This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time.
- Designs and develops reports and analyzes data to measure sales, inventory, financial, budgeting, and operations, and/or other areas of the business.
- Creates reports and dashboards to support executive and departmental functions.
- Assists in development of business requirements for BI Reporting and other Projects as needed.
- Participates in the peer review process to ensure all reports are reviewed before distribution.
- Works closely with Sales, Retail Management, Finance and other departments, as necessary, in order to determine business analytic and reporting needs, to clarify requirements and scope, and to identify and understand the business needs and purpose of the department or team.
- Utilizes SQL Server tools and skills to provide summarized and filtered data for BI Reporting and other applications.
- Designs Reporting around existing AD Security protocols
- Support existing BI Reporting architecture platform
Qualifications
- Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Experience:
- 4-6 years’ experience is Microsoft BI Reporting technologies is required
- 4-6 years’ experience with SQL database programming language is required
- Experience with Reporting Cubes, Star Schemas, and other relational database systems is required
- Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate experience preferred
- API endpoint data integration experience preferred
- Abilities:
- Willing to jump in and learn new systems, technologies, and processes
- Ability to manage time independently
- Good verbal communication skills
- Good customer service and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS office
- Knowledge or ability to learn company system applications, such as Systems2K and other applicable software
- Ability to work in a climate-controlled environment
- Ability to continuously engage in visual activities, such as use of computer, files, and reports
- Minimal travel may occur based on project needs
