Your Day at a Lowe's Distribution Center
Responsibilities
Works under general supervision of the Maintenance Manager and maintains the EAM (formerly Datastream 7i) system, generates PM's and work orders, creates reports, organizes parts inventory and trains individuals on the system. Supervises and assigns daily tasks to the Maintenance Clerk(s) and follows up to ensure the duties are completed in a timely and competent manner. Job Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Interpersonal skill capable of appropriately representing Lowe's and the facility to a wide spectrum of individuals both internal and externally, from worker level to senior leadership. Ability to lead others. Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment. Good understanding of word processing and spreadsheet applications. Preferred Qualifications include: Knowledge of Distribution Center Maintenance, Knowledge of Infor EAM (formerly Datastream 7i), Knowledge of PeopleSoft Spend Management, Knowledge/Experience in construction and / or maintenance field. Experience organizing and supporting construction and maintenance activities
