What will be my responsibilities in this position?
As a Solar Appointment Setter, your primary role involves scheduling appointments with local homeowners. You'll reach out to potential customers at their doorstep, help educate them on the benefits of renewable energy and determine if they are suitable for a solar consultation. Given the escalating costs of traditional power sources, this role offers you the opportunity to not only contribute to environmental sustainability but also provide homeowners with the a more affordable option for power.
Comprehensive training, encompassing both fieldwork and classroom instruction, will be provided, ensuring you acquire the knowledge and skills required for accomplishing your performance objectives and targets. Additionally, you'll benefit from a competitive compensation package, with the potential to earn an annual income ranging from $85,000 to $95,000.
Who is the ideal candidate for this position?
We are seeking an individual who can:
- Execute door-to-door canvassing in assigned area to schedule solar consultations.
- Attend regular team meetings.
- Educate homeowners about the advantages of solar energy at their doorstep.
- Deliver consistent and exceptional customer service while promptly following up with potential clients.
- Consistently meet and surpass monthly and quarterly performance benchmarks.
What are the qualifications required for this role?
To excel in this position, candidates should possess:
- Flexibility for full-time availability (up to 40 hours per week, with the option to choose your own hours).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (proficiency in a second language is an advantage).
- While previous sales or customer service experience is preferred, it is not mandatory.
- Successful completion of Loyal Sales Training.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
- Comfortable working within a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
