Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in residential remodeling, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and other related trades.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a crew of 4-5 workers, ensuring productivity, quality, and safety standards are met.
• Technical Knowledge: Proficient understanding of residential construction techniques, materials, and codes.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills to address unforeseen challenges that may arise during remodeling projects.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and coordinate resources efficiently.
• Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications.

Job Description:

The Remodeling Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all aspects of residential remodeling projects, leading a crew of 4-5 workers to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning: Collaborate with project managers to develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource requirements, and budget estimates.
• Team Leadership: Lead, train, and supervise a crew of 4-5 remodeling technicians, providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure productivity and quality standards are met.
• Resource Management: Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment needed for each project.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections of work in progress to ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and quality standards.
• Problem Solving: Identify and address any issues or challenges that arise during remodeling projects, implementing effective solutions to keep projects on track.
• Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to provide project updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction with the remodeling process.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and procedures, including OSHA regulations, to maintain a safe work environment for all crew members and subcontractors.
• Documentation: Keep accurate records of project progress, including work hours, materials used, and any changes or deviations from the original project plan.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies related to residential remodeling, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
