Job Overview:
As Portfolio Lead, you will focus on the competencies that deliver technology projects. You will guide a team that is charged with delivering a portion of the overall technology project portfolio.
A Portfolio Lead's key role is a balance of strategic and tactical.
Responsibilities:
Managing Program & Project Managers and Portfolio Analysts tasked with managing multiple technology projects
Managing the portfolio financials and to take appropriate actions to ensure success
Communicating portfolio status and resolving issues impacting the portfolio

Requirements:
5 years Program Management experience
3 years leadership experience, managing people
3 years of scale agile experience

IT Project Management
Monitor the quality of project outputs to ensure strategic objectives are met
Establish effective working relationships with all stakeholders and ensure effective portfolio communications
Partner with internal stakeholders to define an approach to create a roadmap for future development of products, processes and systems
Listen for, uncover and resolve potential conflicts or disagreements about project priorities
Identify resource needs in line with the portfolio plan
Provide line management, coaching and guidance to develop the effectiveness of the portfolio team
Ensure effective reporting of all projects to enable stakeholders, sponsors and management to make appropriate decisions
Formulate, organize and monitor inter-connected projects
Support overall PMO with budgeting and reporting activities
